Practice Manager

The practice manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety, premises and equipment and information technology. The practice manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals in the delivery of patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

Sheena Jewell – Female

Business Manager

The Business Manager supports the practice manager in the delivery of patient services and is responsible for all aspects of finance and the wider aspect of business management and development.

Steve Eckford – Male

Operations Manager – Weston House Surgery

Steve leads the Reception Team at Weston House. The receptionists arrange appointments, repeat prescriptions and deal with any enquiries. They also perform numerous administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the surgery.

Theresa Critchley – Female

Reception Manager

Theresa leads the Reception and Administration Team at our Hatherley Surgery. The receptionists arrange appointments, repeat prescriptions and deal with any enquiries. They also perform numerous administrative duties to help with the smooth running of the surgery.
